This weekend at Cornbury Festival we soft launch our new act the Penguins Abroad. As our most popular Christmas offer, we wanted to find a way to bring the Penguins into prominence outside the festive season. When ever the Muppet Show did a sketch set in some far flung exotic island, Jim Henson always insisted there be a group of holidaying penguins in Hawaiian shirts and sun glasses. It was a great joke and one that stuck with me for years. In our struggle to make the Penguins a year round act and also increase their relevance in maritime celebrations, we stole from the best.
Join the Penguins Abroad at Cornbury Festival 2013 on the Saturday, or shake paws with Teddy and Otto on the Sunday. Hope to see you there.
